PRIVACY: The B&B Owners Association will not disclose personally identifiable information about persons making enquiries for accommodation via this website to any third parties. In this respect personal privacy is assured and all important personal and transaction data is secure and password protected.
BOOKING FEES: All transactions are with the owner or manager of the accommodation but the B&B Owners Association secures a booking fee upon conformation of your booking. If a guest cancels a booking for any reason the booking fee is not refundable and appropriate travel insurance should be taken out to cover this event.
All materials, code and scripts, including the database on this site are subject to copyright and remain the property of The B&B Owners Association. Users are not entitled to copy any part of this website without the express written permission of The B&B Owners Association.
By accessing any part of this site, you are be deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, European law.
If a customer wishes to cancel or transfer their web services they will have to provide proof via e-mail with their wish to do so. If an outstanding invoice is unpaid on the account, the customer will have to settle in full, before the domain is cancelled or transferred. There is a admin fee of €149+vat to process the transfer if they are not a paid member of one of our subscription plans. If they are a paid member there is a €69+vat admin charge.
Domains cannot be transferred if they are within the first 60 days of registration or the last 45 days before expiry. This is an ICANN (Governing body for domains worldwide) registration requirement and cannot be altered by Splash Designs Limited. Splash Designs Limited and its contact details are entered as the admin and technical contacts for each domain. This is purely for security reasons as spam domain transfer requests are a regular occurrence and this is done to protect the domain and the customer.
Splash Designs Limited reserves the right to contact you at a specified email address with regard to issues that affect your domain and hosting.
Your email address will not be passed on to any third party companies. Splash Designs Limited will provide telephone and e-mail support Monday to Friday, 9.00-5.00 p.m. excluding Bank and Public Holidays, closed for lunch 1.00-1.30p.m.
For invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days past the renewal date Splash Designs Limited reserves the right to suspend its web services provided to the domain.
We will respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday). All FREE updates to your website will be scheduled within five business days. Subject to all outstanding invoices being settled in full.
